Director of Educational Services
(Asset Reliability Focus)

Job Description

People and Processes, Inc. provides asset management consulting and education on a global scale. We focus on helping organizations drive improved reliability with solutions that strengthen the contribution of maintenance.

The position objectives are as follows but are not limited to:

  • People - Responsible for internal and external educational services talent to include acquisition, development, and continuous improvement.
  • Profitability - Demonstrated ability to professionally represent the organization to existing and prospective clients, seeking out and closing business opportunities that add mutual value. Able to be the lead instructor and coach in the delivery of a broad cross-section of our curriculum offerings to foster long term client relationships. The position has profit and loss accountability.
  • Properties - Responsible for the instructional design, development, and security of company intellectual property assets as related to our increasingly diverse curriculum and delivery mechanisms.
  • Partnerships - Leverage an Inclusive approach that encourages internal and external partnerships that advance business strategies and relationships. These partnerships include certification, licensing, and internal departmental collaboration.
  • Presence - Demonstrate proficiency in developing materials for publication internally and externally on an ongoing basis. Maintain a visible presence on various media platforms and venues as requested.
  • Performance – Develop, implement and measure strategic objectives that drive the organization's shared business goals.

The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications:

  • Live near access to a Major Airport.
  • U.S citizenship for access to restricted government facilities.
  • A mix of education and life experiences that enable the delivery and accountability of the position objectives in our vertical.
  • Possesses a positive collaborative approach with a strong desire to move beyond the status quo.
  • Demonstrated track record of sales proficiency and the desire to seek out new business opportunities in client relationships on an ongoing basis.
  • Ability to readily adapt to changing business conditions and respond by implementing effective plans for action.
