Course III - Maintenance Planning and Scheduling - 2 Days
Introduction
Our newly designed two-day Maintenance Planning and Scheduling course is designed for the new or experienced Maintenance Planner Scheduler as well as those positions interacting with the Maintenance Planning and Scheduling role such as Maintenance Supervisors and Managers, Team Leaders, Operations Supervisors, and Materials Management Supervisors. This comprehensive course is designed to educate the Maintenance Planner Scheduler on approaches to drive improvement in craft resources and efficiency. Not by asking people to work harder, but smarter; by eliminating the losses associated with chasing parts, looking for information to do the work, or waiting on the equipment to become available as examples. Attendees will learn the responsibilities of the role, as well as those of the supporting roles for Maintenance Planning and Scheduling effectiveness, job planning, scheduling, and coordination in hands-on Maintenance Planning and Scheduling course. This course is a requirement for the Certified Maintenance Planning and Scheduling, and the Certified Maintenance and Reliability Manager Certificate Programs that are offered in partnership with the University of North Florida (UNF).
