Course II - Strategic Maintenance and Reliability Improvement - 2 Days
Introduction
This two-day course immerses the attendees in the practices, processes, and components of the Maintenance and Reliability Best Practices needed to strategically drive a proactive reliability-centered culture. The course begins with assessing and benchmarking the organization, analyzing the gaps, and developing a strategic roadmap or Plan of Improvement to begin implementation. As part of the benchmarking and Plan of Improvement development, participants are immersed into components and practices necessary to drive and sustain the proactive culture like leading change, change behaviors, computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS/ EAM), maintenance planning scheduling, materials management practices, key performance indicators, condition monitoring programs, lubrication practices, maintenance processes, and much, much more. The Maintenance and Reliability Improvement course is the is a requirement for the Certified Maintenance and Reliability Manager, Certified Materials Management, and Maintenance Planner Scheduler Certificate Programs that are offered in partnership with the University of North Florida (UNF). Facilitators share through real life examples, case studies, and by using industry recognized Best Practices, solutions that work to drive equipment reliability and bottom-line profitability no matter whether a manufacturer or facilities organization.
Who should attend:
Organizational personnel who are accountable for implementing proactive change, to include plant managers, maintenance managers and supervisors, operations managers and supervisors, and materials and storeroom managers. The course is a requirement for the Certified Maintenance and Reliability Manager, Certified Materials Management, and Maintenance Planner Scheduler Certificate Programs that are offered in partnership with the University of North Florida (UNF).
