Mission/ What We Do

People and Processes, Inc. is a United States Federal government contractor providing maintenance and operational reliability education and consulting services to the Department of Defense and other government entities. As a highly focused Small Business with the expertise, depth, and talent often found in larger firms, we serve as both a Prime Contractor and as team partner with other corporations. By integrating world-class people with processes and technology, we are continuously expanding our role in addressing the needs of the government communities worldwide.

Unlike others, we are not bound by a single methodology or tool. We integrate various methodologies like Theory of Constraints (TOC), Lean, Six Sigma, Reliability-Centered Maintenance, and the Best Practices for Reliability into a customized solution to address our client's programs and needs, no matter whether it is the U.S. Forestry Service or supporting tomorrow's war fighter. As a function of our education and consulting service activities, we implement computerized maintenance management and enterprise asset management systems in support of the above activities.
