Certified Maintenance and Reliability Manager (CMRM) Certificate

The Certified Maintenance and Reliability Manager (CMRM) Certificate Program is conducted via the RAMS Center in partnership with the University of North Florida Department of Contining Education. The participant who individually completes the six 2-day courses within a three year period, within the 3 week series, or within the 2 week Boot Camp approach; and demonstrates the required competencies will receive the Maintenance and Reliability Manager (CMRM) Certificate from the University of North Florida (UNF) Department of Continuing Education. The Certificate will include 8.4 hours of Continuing Education Units (CEU) from UNF. As a public service, the Society of Maintenance and Reliability Professionals (SMRP) Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional (CMRP) exam is also proctored at the end of each 2 or 3 week series as an additional benefit to completing the Certification Program. SMRP membership and exam fees are not included and must be arranged separately with SMRP, if electing to sit for the CMRP exam.

The Maintenance and Reliability for Managers Certification consists of six required 2-day courses as follows:

You may review the individual course content by selecting the course in the vertical navigation on the upper left side of the screen.

To successfully complete the Maintenance and Reliability Manager (CMRM) Certificate Program, the participant must participate in the six required courses, complete assigned work, demonstrate core competencies, and be present for the course activities. At a minimum for public open enrollment, each course will be offered at least twice per year. We offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee such that if you are not satisfied with an individual course, you may return all of the course materials at the end of the first class day for a full refund of your registration fee. While there is no required sequence that you must take the courses in, we recommend you follow the diagram above as that is how the courses will be scheduled (typically in blocks of 2 per week as shown to allow progression of the 3 week series).

Who Should Attend:

New and experienced Maintenance Managers, Operations Managers and Supervisors, Storeroom and Materials Managers, and Senior Leaders to better develop a holistic view of the Maintenance Best Practices to drive Maintenance and Reliability improvement and success.
